Cooking class, a distinctive labor education and life education course in our school, is a compulsory course for every student. Under the guidance of Mr. Chen Jinhong, a national second-level technician and a full-time cooking teacher, junior students start from knowing the kitchen, then learn four techniques and five dishes, and master some cooking skills in practice.
